This week we are discussing the topic of Food. A topic that is a necessity for all.

What are your thoughts on this topic? This section covers how food production can capture carbon instead of being a source. The author states, ” This section profiles techniques, behaviors, and practices that can transform a source into a sink.” The section goes on to food production techniques like a plant-rich diet, reducing food waste, improved rice cultivation, regenerative agriculture, composting, and many more!

What are your thoughts on this topic? In this section of the book, the authors state, “This section highlights the technologies and strategies supplanting energy production from fossil fuels.” They discuss wind turbines, microgrids, solar farms, nuclear energy, waste-to-energy, and more!
