Dr. Raja is a Professor of Information Systems
He received his Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. He also holds Master’s degrees from the University of Houston and Indian Institute of Technology.
He holds the following Professional Certifications:
CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor
CSP – Certified Systems Professional
CCP – Certified Computing Professional
His primary areas of interest are: Information Security, Software Development and Digital Enterprises.
He has published or presented over 60 research papers in scholarly journals and conferences. Two of his papers in systems development and networking have received “Best Paper of the Year” Awards. He also received the Lawler Literary Award for his publication in the Journal of Accountancy.
Dr. Raja currently teaches courses in Information Security, Computer Forensics and Systems Development. He has directed a number of Ph.D. Dissertations and Master’s Theses in the area of Information Systems.
His current areas of research interest include Information Security Models, Security Architectures, Cyber Crime and Deterrent, Forensic Tools and Technologies, Behavioral and Organizational aspects of Information Security.
