James Hovey
James Hovey, graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington sometime last century. He spent the next fifteen years working in the Aerospace/Defense industry for a massive international company. There he worked as a software engineer, database architect, and led a small team working on data warehousing.
After a six year retirement, he decided to pursue his passion for teaching. After obtaining an alternative certification, he began teaching at James Martin High School in Arlington. There he has the honor of being the sponsor of many amazing clubs and competitions. He is also deeply involved with the AISD STEM Academy which has a partnership with UT Arlington.
