Honey Waddle
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Tarleton State University in 2002, Honey Waddle began her teaching career at Brewer High School in 2003. Drawn back to her roots, Waddle obtained a teaching certificate in agriculture science in 2006, began teaching agriculture for Mansfield ISD that fall, and graduated with her Master of Science in agriculture education from Tarleton State University in 2007. From 2012 to 2017, she taught mathematics at Cleburne High School, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 from the University of Texas at Arlington. Waddle served as a registered nurse until accepting a position in 2021 to teach statistics and financial math to juniors and seniors at Centennial High School in Burleson, Texas. She will be teaching Statistics and Geometry for the 2022-23 school year, and will be spending most of her free time at her freshman son’s sporting events.
