School time is finally here! This past summer will most definitely be one for the books, but we are positive that with your love and support, your Maverick will thrive and succeed at UTA despite the circumstances of 2020. Our Parent and Family Center looks forward to being an essential resource for you and your entire family, as we transition into the new school year and beyond. For this important month, we’d like to offer some important dates and announcements, along with some helpful contact information for each office you and your Maverick may need:

• The earliest disbursement date for the Fall 2020 semester is August 16th. Your student will receive funds via direct deposit if they have it set up via MyMav. For more questions regarding Financial Aid & Scholarships, please contact: fao@uta.edu, 817-272-3561, or visit their website HERE. 
• University Housing and Residence Life has posted move-in dates to be between August 22nd – August 25th. Please visit their website for more details about Move-in HERE.
• The Fall 2020 semester begins on August 26th. The last day to pay tuition and fees for regular sessions is August 20th. Please check with your student and their MyMav account for more details pertaining to your student’s specific classes and charges due. If you have more questions, contact Student Accounts: all their information can be found HERE. 
• Last but not least, the Parent and Family Center is excited to offer you a variety of engaging events starting this month. Please check the image below and save the dates! We are so excited to meet you and welcome you into our Maverick Family!
