In the Outlook mobile app, iOS and Android users will have the ability to create, rename, move and delete folders more easily.

To do so, open the left-navigation and tap the Edit icon to open the edit favorites/folder menu.

  1. Create folders and subfolders: Tap “+Create Folder” or tap on a folder to create a subfolder.

  2. Rename existing folders: Open the Edit menu, tap on a folder, and tap Rename Folder.
  3. Move folders: Move folders into other folders by tapping on a folder, selecting Move, and then choose the destination folder.
