Microsoft is making it easier to recognize folder shortcuts in OneDrive.
New shortcuts will now show the name of the site where the original folder is.
If a user shares a folder and the recipient makes a shortcut, the shortcut will show the name of the person who owns the folder.
This change will help users quickly see where the folder shortcut came from and tell it apart from other items in their OneDrive.
The new naming system will only apply to shortcuts made after the update. Existing shortcuts will keep their current names.
