The College of Nursing and Health Innovation upgraded to a customer experience platform that will fundamentally change the way their office is providing support for their faculty, staff, and students.

According to Candice Calhoun-Butts, the Assistant Dean for the College of Nursing and Health Innovation, “We will have the ability to track demand and reallocate resources as needed during peak business hours… while providing better customer service for both online and campus based students.” With more than 19,000 students, academic advisors, and support staff, the College of Nursing and Health Innovation and the Office of Enrollment and Student Services understand the value of great customer service and now, this solution will help them operationalize their goals and continue to elevate their standard of service.
