More RSVP Options in Outlook

In Person or Virtually

Microsoft Outlook will soon include three options when accepting meetings:

• Yes
• Yes, In-Person
• Yes, Virtually

This lets the organizer know how attendees plan to attend the meeting. Responses can be changed at any point and can be seen by the other invitees, inside and outside of their organization, with a commercial or education Microsoft 365 account using a supported client.
