Teams Assignment Experience in Modal Window for Breakout Rooms

Teams Assignments for Breakout Rooms will soon receive an update. Previously, a panel displayed on the right, but with this update, the “Assign Participants” window opens as a pop-up window to allow organizers to assign participants to breakout rooms.

The new interface allows organizers to sort by participants or rooms. Organizers can select multiple participants and assign them to rooms by using the check boxes next to the participants’ names. Organizers can also assign participants after breakout rooms are closed and/or reassign them while rooms are open via the “Assign Participants” window.

Expect this update in July.
