Standout Mode Coming to PowerPoint Live in Teams

A new option called Standout Mode is coming to PowerPoint Live in Teams.

Presenters using the PowerPoint Live function for Teams will be able to share their video feeds as well as their slides.  This feature superimposes the presenter’s video feed on top of the slide.

This function could also be described as “weatherman view” because it places the video feed in the foreground and the slide content in the background. 

How to Use this Feature

1. Connect to the Teams call.
2. Share the presentation in PowerPoint for the web and select Present Live.
3. Select the “Standout” icon to share your video feed along with slides.
