Update to email Report process

On December 16, the “Report” button will replace the “Report Phishing” button across all Outlook platforms at UTA. Users will be able to use the consolidated “Report” button to submit emails as either phishing or junk. The following images will showcase the view depending on various desktop and mobile operating systems*:

On macOS and Windows devices, click the “Report” dropdown arrow to select “Report Phishing” or “Report Junk” when reporting an email.

When accessing Outlook on the web, click the “Report” dropdown arrow to select “Report Phishing” or “Report Junk” when reporting an email.

When using Outlook mobile on mobile devices, click the “…” (three dots) at the bottom to access the option menu. From this menu, select “Report Phishing” or “Report Junk” when reporting an email.
