New Microsoft 365 App Icons

Microsoft is introducing new app icons for all Microsoft 365 productivity tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. This change has begun rolling out across web, desktop and mobile. New icons will not impact app functionality or user settings.

The newly designed icons reflect a unified, intuitive design across every canvas as a nod to Copilot’s ability to connect Microsoft 365 apps into a single, intelligent experience. The icons offer cleaner shapes, vibrant colors, and a consistent design system.
