Ability to Copy Attachments That Are Not Links

With this update, Microsoft Outlook users on iOS and Android will be able to copy and paste attachments that are not links without needing to save them to their device or cloud storage.

After the rollout, users can tap the three-dot menu in a message to copy a non-linked attachment and paste it.
