The Office of Information Technology is updating the ServiceNow application to offer a more seamless and efficient user experience.
Beginning Friday, April 18, non-licensed users (individuals who only use ServiceNow to submit tickets) will see the “OIT Support Portal” tile in MyApps. This tile will take users directly to the UTA Service Catalog to submit a ticket.

Licensed users (individuals who manage tickets in the application) will now have the OIT Support Portal and the ServiceNow app with a dark orange border. All functionalities will remain the same for this connection.
