You can now recall a message sent in Outlook to a colleague within your organization. This feature lets you retract emails sent by mistake.

How it works:

  1. Select the message in the “Sent” folder on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose “Recall.”

  4. You will receive a status email about whether the recall was successful. Note: Recall may fail on very old emails.
