OIT Service Desk Grand Opening

The Office of Information Technology is excited to announce the grand opening of the new Service Desk in Trinity Hall on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 1 pm to 2 pm. A reception will follow from 2 pm to 4 pm.

The schedule is as follows:

1:00 pm – 1:15 pm – Meet and greet

1:15 pm – 1:30 pm – OIT Leadership speaks, introduction of Service Desk managers

1:30 pm – 1:45 pm – Ribbon cutting

1:45 pm – 2:00 pm – Special recognition

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Reception

There will also be a technology showcase available for guests to test out current UTA technology, like the latest Mac or PC, webcams and headsets.
