The MyUTA user experience views have been updated with new resources and a refreshed look for faculty, staff, and students.

Faculty and Staff

When logged into MyUTA, faculty and staff can now access quick links to important resources, such as:

  • MyApps to access all UTA enterprise applications
  • Concur to manage travel, expenses, and invoices on the go
    • The Concur tile is visible to all employees but only works for employees with Concur access.
  • Parking Information such as MavPark to purchase permits and a live parking map
  • Discounts to view special discount offerings to UTA employees
  • A Featured News box that is updated with the latest priority campus news
  • More Apps in the mobile version to access MavEngage, Canvas, Via, and more
    • Clicking tiles in More Apps on mobile will open the app if installed or prompt a download if not installed.

Students

When logged into MyUTA, students can now access quick links to important resources, such as:

  • MavPark to purchase permits and look up account information in the web and mobile versions
  • More Apps in the mobile version to access MavEngage, Canvas, Via, and more
    • Clicking tiles in More Apps on mobile will open the app if installed or prompt a download if not installed.
