On Monday, August 12, 2024, the Office of Information Technology is enhancing its Help Desk to an IT Service Desk.

As OIT strives to enhance support at UTA, it is implementing a more specialized approach to IT service management.

Here is what you can expect from the Service Desk once it launches:

  • “Help Desk” is now “Service Desk.”
  • Improved response times.
  • Dedicated front desk for faculty and staff on the first floor of Trinity Hall.

A pop-up Service Desk location will be available at the Maverick Activities Center for students from Monday, August 12, 2024, to Friday, August 30, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

OIT will continue to offer in-person support to students on the second floor of the Central Library.
