Microsoft Teams’ new event page allows webinar organizers to promote their event, reorder the list of webinar presenters and allow attendees to register to join.

To make changes to the order of the webinar presenter list, organizers must go to the webinar setup page and under “Event access” select “Public.”"Event access" window showing "Public" selected

All Teams users on Desktop and Mac will have access to it.
