Create bookable 1-on-1 meeting slots using Microsoft ‘Bookings with Me’

OIT will launch Microsoft Bookings With Me for all UTA staff on June 28. Bookings With Me allows users to create 1-on-1 meeting slots with customizable parameters. It differs from Microsoft Bookings in that only personal calendars are included and will be automatically updated once a meeting slot is booked.
OIT will launch Bookings With Me for all UTA staff on June 28. Bookings With Me allows users to create 1-on-1 meeting slots with customizable parameters. These slots can then be shared with others to select an available meeting time. Recipients can be internal or external to UTA. Personal calendars will automatically be updated once an open meeting slot is booked.

Note: Bookings With Me differs from Microsoft Bookings. Bookings is designed for Teams and departmental use, while Bookings With Me works only with personal calendars, making it easier to schedule 1-on-1 meetings.
