Microsoft Teams: Meeting Invite Improvements

Microsoft is making design improvements to Teams meeting invites to ensure the most essential information is listed and better grouped.

The meeting invite is the first thing a user sees before joining a meeting. The new update will:

• Make the meeting link more visible with changed text and larger size.
• Allow users to easily find meeting information by clicking “Need Help” at the top of the meeting invite.
• Move information only relevant to meeting organizers to a separate session called “For organizers.”
