The Legacy SharePoint Invitation Manager is being retired. This platform is used only when Document Libraries are shared externally or when an external user is shared with a custom role.
These flows will now use Entra B2B Invitation Manager instead. B2B collaboration is a Microsoft Entra External ID feature that lets you invite guest users to collaborate with your organization.
