The Endpoint Support team recently relocated to the third floor of Trinity Hall after officing in Nedderman Hall for the past five years. This relocation caused the team to redesign and reconfigure workflows.

Colin Carpenter, Senior IT Analyst on the Endpoint Support team, chose the important task of setting up the workroom. This workroom space allows members of the Endpoint Support team to have a secure and controlled work environment where they can troubleshoot and repair technical devices for UTA’s faculty and staff.

The Endpoint Support team is in a new home and will continue to provide UTA’s faculty and staff the five-star service that they have grown to love. Kudos to Colin and the team for remaining resilient!
