The self-schedule URL for the Microsoft Bookings Calendar is changing.
This customer-facing URL allows users to create, update and cancel appointments.
Existing URL format:
“https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/<Bookings_page_SMTP_Address>/bookings/”
New URL format:
“https://outlook.office365.com/book/<Bookings_page_SMTP_Address>/”
Customers who have the old URL will not face any issue as the old URL will redirect to the new URL automatically.
