Update: Sharepoint and OneDrive to hard block IE in January
In January 2023, access to SharePoint Online and OneDrive from Internet Explorer 11 and Edge IE will be hard blocked for all users.
Microsoft is encouraging users to access these services through a modern browser. Microsoft Edge is recommended as a faster, more innovative, browser than IE11. Microsoft 365 apps and services ended providing support for Internet Explorer 11 in August, 2021.
