Acrobat Sign to no longer support Internet Explorer 11 or legacy Edge browsers

Beginning November 8, 2022, Adobe Acrobat Sign will no longer support the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or the legacy Microsoft Edge browsers, including the recipient e-signing page. Users attempting to access any Acrobat Sign page with these browsers will be see the “Unsupported Browser” message, as shown in the example below.

For uninterrupted Acrobat Sign access, Adobe recommends that users download and install a browser from the following list:

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Edge
• Safari
