Teams: External access chat invitation flow

When receiving new chats from users outside of UTA, Teams users will now see an invitation pop-up to either accept or block the chat. 

The pop-up allows users to preview any messages to verify they are not spam or phishing attempts. To preview the chats, click on “preview messages” below the block and accept buttons. 

This feature also provides the ability to block external users at any point, which revokes access to presence and incoming messages.
