Teams: Reflect is now a featured tab

To put student wellbeing at the center of the classroom, Reflect is now a featured tab in Teams Classrooms. 

Reflect helps broaden learners’ emotional vocabulary and deepen empathy for their peers while providing valuable feedback to educators for a healthy classroom community. It uses emojis and characters to help students develop emotional granularity. 

Research has shown that explicit teaching of social and emotional skills improves student academic and behavioral performance and has life-long positive impacts. 

With this update, faculty also have the ability to create custom questions and view improved visualizations for previous check-ins from Teams and Class Notebook.
