The Forms app currently provides polling capability for Microsoft Teams, but there will soon be a new app called Polls specifically for polling.
Polls will have the same functionality and service, and there will be no need for data migration. Polls that were created in Forms will not be lost. Owners can still view them in Polls or in the Forms web portal page. Forms polling capability will be retired in Teams meeting and chat. Forms survey capability in Teams channel Tab is not impacted.
