Presenters Can Now Be on Screen with Their Presentation
& Can Customize How They Appear Relative to Their Content
Presenters in teams can now be on screen along with their presentation and can customize how they appear relative to their content. This new feature will allow presenters to decide how they will be shown with respect to the content.
Standout mode: presenters can appear on screen over their presentation, can choose whether to be on the left or the right of the screen, and can adjust their size.
Side-by-side mode: presenters can be seen in a box next to their presentation, so the full presentation is in view.
Reporter mode: presenter is on screen with their presentation in a box to the left or right of them. Full presentation is in view, but presenter isn’t in a box.
The layout can be customized in the presenter mode preview window, and the customization will remain in case the presenter closes the window.
