In Teams meetings, users can “pin” other participants to keep their video feed on screen, regardless of who’s speaking at the time, and increase the size of the video. But a new feature is about to allow users to pin their own video feed. Users will be able to see themselves larger on screen while presenting, for example. Only the user can see who they pin. (“Pin” is different from “Spotlight” which enlarges a particular video feed for all participants.)
Users can pin or unpin themselves by clicking the ellipses at the bottom left corner of their video, or the ellipses next to their name in the roster. The feature will roll out for Windows and Mac desktop client.
