Transcription will be available soon for one-on-one online calls (or “VOIP”) in Microsoft Teams. Users will be able to capture the text version of spoken phone calls and save for reference. This can be enabled via the control bar within the Call window, and the transcription will be automatically saved under Call History in the Call Details panel. This feature should be available to all users by mid-December 2021.
