Microsoft Teams Tab Actions are Moving

Microsoft Teams tab actions for apps added to chats, channels, and meetings in Teams will be moved out of the header bar and into a dropdown to declutter the user experience. 

This update will impact features such as apps, Assignments, Grades, Planner, or and Website tabs. 

 The tabs that will move include: 

• • Reload tab 
  • Go to website 
  • Copy link to tab 
  • Pop-out tab 
  • About this tab 

 Users can find these tabs by clicking on the app name to show the dropdown menu. 

In addition, Microsoft will provide an onscreen coaching bubble to educate users about the change.
