Music Mode for Teams

Microsoft is introducing High Fidelity Music Mode in Teams! This feature allows users to conduct online music lessons, transmit music performances, or other non-speech content.  

To enable this feature in Teams, go to Settings, then Device Settings, and turn on High Fidelity Music Mode. Users can turn off echo cancellation when using high-quality, closed-back headphones and can also disable the auto-adjust mic sensitivity setting if using professional microphones with external gain adjustment. Users will also have options for noise suppression. 

Make these adjustments prior to starting a meeting for best results. Turn on High Fidelity Music Mode by clicking the icon after joining a meeting.
