Teams has received an upgrade to allow for additional flexibility when viewing camera feeds and shared content.  This automatic arrangement is tailored to your monitor size and is powered by AI that dynamically adjusts the layout of shared content, participants’ camera feeds, and other meeting elements.

The gallery displays in the center of the screen during meetings if participants are not sharing video or content.

If participants are sharing camera feeds or content, the gallery appears on the right by default.   It can be pinned to the top of the screen if desired.

To pin the gallery to the top during a Teams meeting:

  1. Click the ellipses icon (“More Options”) from the top bar.
(This is located along the top of the screen, to the right of the Raise Hand icon.)

  2. Select “Gallery at Top.”
(This is located inside the dropdown menu, just past the choice for Together Mode.)
