Background effects are now available for the web-based version of Microsoft Teams. Starting this September, users will be able to blur their background or replace it with images provided by the video calls or meetings on the web browser version of Microsoft Teams. (Note that this feature may not completely prevent sensitive information from being visible during a call or meeting.)
