Updates to Default Notification Settings for New Team Users

The default notification setting is changing for new Teams users on the Teams Desktop application for Windows and Mac. New users will receive Native Notifications from Teams which provide a host of benefits like support for focus assist mode, notifications in the actions center and OS improvements. A user can choose to change their notifications style in settings -> notifications -> notification style.
