Updates to Attendance Reports in Teams

A new reporting dashboard to display attendance reports is coming to Teams. This dashboard will appear as a tab in the meeting and will provide the following information.

• Attendance information for regular Teams meetings
• Registration information for Webinars before they begin
• Registration and attendance data after the Webinar ends

Once available, this will allow meeting organizers to view the report without downloading the file as well as view who joined, registered, and attended. The CSV report of Teams attendees will continue to be available to organizers.

This update is subject to change but is expected to appear in June.
