Meeting organizers will now be able to schedule an anonymous presenter (also known as external presenter) for a Teams Live Event when using the Teams desktop application

Meeting Producers should choose the option shown in the image below to “Allow external presenters” when scheduling the Live Event. The anonymous/external presenter must also use the Teams desktop to access the meeting.

Teams producers will need to admit the anonymous/external presenter from the lobby before they can be present.
