The Participant Roster in Teams is being updated to include an improved search function and a better-organized list.
Teams users can now search the list of meeting participants to find someone who has already joined the call or meeting. Additionally, this improvement allows users to search for someone from the participant roster and invite them to join.
The participant roster will also be updated to display the participant list in a better-organized format. The list will display 20 participants in in alphabetical order, and users can click “see more” to view up to 260 participants. Participants will be organized under headings like “in the meeting,” “in the lobby,” and “others invited” to help organizers better manage meetings. Meeting organizers can also see the complete list of participants in lobby view.
These updates will be available for the Teams desktop client and web version in April.
