Updates to Polls in Teams Meetings

Anonymous attendees can now view meeting polls and vote alongside registered users. This update functions on Teams for desktop, web, and mobile.

In order to create a poll, meeting organizers must add the poll to the meeting chat using Teams for desktop or web.
