Share to Teams from Outlook

Office 365 users will soon see a new option to share content from Outlook to Teams.  Share to Teams from Outlook enables users to share emails and email attachments in Teams chats and channels. 

This function opens a new window which allows users to preview the email message before sharing to Teams.  A copy of the email is stored in SharePoint if it was shared in a channel and the sender’s OneDrive if it was shared in a chat.

Individual Rights Managed (IRM) and Do Not Forward (DNF) emails are excluded from this function.
