New file sharing experience in Microsoft Teams

A new file-sharing experience is coming to Teams. 

This improvement will allow users to share links that provide access to the following parties:

• anyone
• people with existing access
• people within your organization
• specific people, including those in a 1:1 chat, group chat, or channels

Most importantly, a notification will appear to alert the sender if a user doesn’t have permission to view the file.  This allows the sender can change permissions before sending the file.
