Get a Link to a “Meet Now” Meeting

Teams users can use the “Meet Now” button on the Calendar tab to quickly and easily start an impromptu meeting. 

Microsoft will soon add a new feature which allows users to get a shareable link to the “Meet Now” meeting.  This link can be copied and paste into chats or emails to share with other users. 

When users click the “Meet Now” button from the Calendar tab, a flyout panel will appear with an option to start the meeting right away or get a link for future use.
