Updated Design for Microsoft Teams

Theme colors and icons in Microsoft Teams will soon receive a new look to match other Microsoft 365 applications. 

Teams will now use the Fluent design system seen in other applications.  This design is more accessible and includes subtle changes such as:  drop shadows between panels; rounded corners for square graphical elements; color adjustments to the default and dark themes.
