Microsoft will soon deploy improvements to the offline experience in Teams. This will allow users to continue to be productive even when not connected to the internet.
Messages written when offline will be saved for 24 hours and automatically sent as soon as an internet connection becomes available. If a connection isn’t established within 24 hours, Teams will save the messages and prompt the users to manually resend.
