Microsoft has added a convenient new button in Outlook to allow Windows users to quickly start a Teams meeting.
Users will be able to click “Meet Now” from the Calendar tab in Outlook to launch an impromptu meeting in Teams.
To utilize this feature, users must have a Windows computer with Outlook and Teams installed, and the Teams add-in for Outlook must also be enabled.
