Help Tab in Teams

Check out the Teams Help feature to see a variety of useful resources designed to help you navigate Teams with confidence and ease.

The Help button is located in the lower-left corner of the sidebar and marked by the question icon.

After clicking the Help button, you can access a panel with tabs titled: Topics, Training, What’s New, and About. Each of these has resources to help you learn about Teams and stay informed on updates.

Topics

The Topics tab provides helpful tips and videos on subjects by a topic base, such as how to join meetings or submit an assignment.

Training

The Training tab contains videos and articles created to help you learn to navigate Teams.

What’s New

The What’s New tab provides descriptions of new updates to Teams on different platforms such as desktop, IOS, Android, and desk phones.

About

The About tab provides information on the Help feature and links to the website, privacy policy, and terms of use.
