Meeting presenters will soon be able to add Polls using the Microsoft Forms app as a tab in Teams meetings. Polls can be used to collect opinions, gather data, or enhance participant engagement.
Presenters can draft Polls prior to the start of a meeting or build them during a meeting. Once launched, the Poll will display on screen and appear in the meeting Chat. Presenters can choose options to gather anonymous responses and close the Poll to end interactions. Attendees can see Poll results in real-time and respond to Polls after the meeting is over, provided the Poll has not been closed.
When the meeting concludes, presenters can evaluate Poll responses in the tab, view responses online in the Forms app, and even export responses to an Excel workbook.
